Features and Benefits
1. The grinding speed is set on the display screen. The raceway grinding machine provides single-point straight line dressing, single-point diamond radius dressing for inner ring raceway and outer ring raceway, which can dress the radius contour, straight line, and crowning amount 0~40 micron adjustable.
2. Constant speed grinding, with clamping electric current at 0.1~2.0A adjustable, with "High-Low" switch.
3. The superfinishing machine have one oscillation-head at one horizontal station can superfinishing rough and fine one time for two raceway. The oilstone pressure, oscillation frequency and workpiece rotational speed can be set on the display screen.
4. Full enclosure with three sliding doors, electrical cabinet has an IP54 protection level sealed structure and is equipped with a constant-temperature air conditioner.
5. The modular kit system enables customer-specific designs.
