Materials and Precision
As a key part of turbocharger, our turbine shaft is developed by ourselves, achieving a precision of 0.05mm-0.1mm. The adopted material is K418 alloy which contains 73%-75% nickel.

Processing Techniques
The main techniques are as follows: heat treatment, sand blasting, cutting, polishing, electroplating, powder spraying, anodizing and galvanizing.

Producing and Testing Instruments
Our firm totally introduced and invested about over 60 units of advanced mechanical processing equipment and testing devices. In consideration of security and accuracy, we also possess complete monitoring and measuring device. Our main instruments include: precision CNC machines, high precision cylindrical grinding machine, high precision processing center, special grinding machine and screw grinding machines. These sophisticated and functional equipments allow us to achieve a precision of 0.0005mm-0.008mm and a roughness of Ra0.08-Ra0.12.

We conduct a lot of testing and inspecting with the assistance of dynamic balancer, roughness testing device and projector. Our quality control process and management system are carried out in strict compliance with SO9001:2000 standards, making sure the turbine wheel shafts are of high quality.
