It is applicable for areas with temperature as lowas -45 centigrade. Door Frame for the Hinged Insulated Door
1. The hinged door frame is stiffened withreinforced corrosive-resistant steel. Also,polyurethane foam is adopted as an additional isolator.
2. The doorframeis clad to match up with the design of the cold room panels.
3. In addition to the heating conduit with 220V ACpower supply, the hinged door frame is also available with a thermostat foroverheating protection. Thus, the security of our insulated doors for coldstorage and freezing applications can be guaranteed.

Door Leaf for the Insulated Hinged Door
1. The door leaf for theinsulated metal doorconsists of metal panel facings and apolyurethane insulation core, as well as an all-round, replaceablehigh-elasticity rubber seal.
2. It can also be used with or without adoorsill.  
3. The insulatedhinged door can be designed with an organic glass window as per client-side demands.

Surface
1. The surface ofour insulatedhinged door can be engineered fromgalvanized thin sheet, or stainless corrosion-resistant steel. The galvanized sheet is typically coated with grey whitepolyester paint.
2. A protective film is used to protect thedoor surface, and it can be removed at the worksite.

Hardware
1. A high quality safety lock is available, which allowsusers to open the freezer door or cool storage door from the inside.
2. Locks made in China and Kason lock from U.S are optional.
3. The anti-corrosive steel hinges are used toensure durability and safety of this range of industrial door.
