Gear Motor Magnetic Encoder
Introduction
Magnetic encoder is a kind of digital transducer which detects the speed, angle and location of object. Recorded several equal-interstice magnetic poles as graduation scales, magnetic encoder can detect the changes of magnetic flux by Hall-effect sensors which are installed beside the scale, after signal transformation, the changes of magnetic flux can be changed into square wave electrical signal and to be output. The output signal is divided into single channel and double channel, the latter can detect bidirectional signal, which means it can command both forward and reversal.
Rotary magnetic encoder takes its advantage of high rotate speed, quick response, dustproof, oil proof, anti-vibration and etc. Apart from these, the rotary magnetic encoder can be suitable for long-term output because of its low-cost, easy installment and strong anti-interference.
Application
CMB magnetic encoder is fixed in the foot section of DC motor.
