About the Material Hoist
The STP series material hoist is often used to carry materials in construction. These construction hoists can also carry workers when equipped with a top cover. They are mainly used in the construction of architecture under 150 meters in height with a maximum load of 2 tons and operating speed of 0-24m/min.

Note:
1. Recommended specification of the hanging cage (length× width) (m): 2.6×1.5, 2.8×1.5, 3.0×1.5, or customized as per customer requirements
2. The lifting height of the material hoist can be redesigned according to specific customer requirements.
3. Steel braid, galvanized sheet, punching aluminum plate, and a pattern plate can all be used as the building materials of the hanging cage and the hanging cage door. Customized materials can also be used according to customer requirements
4. The surface of the guide rails and wall-adhering framework can be spray painted or hot galvanized.
Features of MH75/100/150 Material Hoist
1. The workers can control the machine inside its cage or on the ground.
2. When the machine is not equipped with top cover, it can be used as a materials hoist. The workers control the up and down movement of the machine on the ground. When the machine is equipped with top cover, it carries workers, and allows them to operate directly in the hanging cage.
3. The material hoist is equipped with safety devices. The limit control switch allows the safety door to open automatically when the machine exceeds the limit parameters in order to ensure safe operation.
4. The construction hoist is equipped with an anti-fall safety device. We also provide construction hoists equipped with a floor call system and rack, as well as an automatic gear lubrication system based on customer requirements.
5. Each construction hoist is mainly comprised of a hanging cage, chassis, standard section, transmission, anti-fall safety device, lifting capacity limiter, frequency control system and frequency conversion electronic control system. It features a wide application range, large lifting capacity and safe usage.
