The Vertical Batch Mixer is used as a raw material pre-treatment machine that mixes plastic pellets, masterbatch, and regrind quickly. It is widely used in plastic processing industries such as blown film, injection molding, and extrusion.

Designed to mix different colors and types of plastic pellets, such as PE pellets with masterbatch, evenly before production, the final film or molded products are consistent in color and result in a stable performance. The pellets are lifted upward and rolled downward repeatedly. This creates vertical tumbling and radial diffusion to achieve uniform blending, ideal for consistent plastic processing.
