Air brake fittings

These push-to-connect fittings are essential components in the compressed air systems of commercial vehicles, offering quick and reliable connections between nylon tubes and various pneumatic devices, such as brakes and air suspension systems. Built to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 104°C, they can withstand pressures up to 15 bar. The fittings are designed to work seamlessly with PA11 and PA12 nylon tubes that meet QC/T80, DIN74324, and SAE J844 standards.

The push-to-connect design allows for easy and fast assembly, securely connecting threaded ports to nylon tubes. When needed, the fittings can be disassembled and reconnected without hassle, providing flexibility for repeated use. The materials used for seals, including NBR, EPDM, and FKM, are chosen based on the fluid medium and environmental conditions, ensuring compatibility with compressed air, water, coolant, and hydraulic fluids. Compact and durable, these fittings are made from brass, nylon, and rubber seals, designed for easy installation in tight spaces while delivering long-lasting performance.
