Filter Bag Snap Band
We provide two types of filter bag snap bands for our customers to choose from: stainless steel rings or plastic sealing rings. These snap rings are most suited to the filtration of solutions with a low and medium viscosity. The soldering filter bag uses welding techniques, giving it a number of advantages over traditional sewing techniques that use a silicon oil as the cooling material and leads to a higher environmental pollution.
Main Characteristics 1. When compared to the sewing technique, the welding method avoids environmental pollution caused by the use of silicone oil and leakage that results from the needle holes.
2. The filter bag snap band is produced using a high quality polyester and polypropylene filter felt. A special singeing process ensures there is no contamination of the filter liquor caused by the fiber falling off. These snap bands feature a high collection capacity for solid of colloidal particles.
3. Our snap ring is uniform in thickness and pore size, and features a high mechanical strength, ensuring the excellent filtration performance and high efficiency.
