YK series vibrating screen is a high-efficiency screening machine with multi layers. It is mainly comprised of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, spring-based shock absorber, and base, featuring small amplitude, large production capacity, high frequency, and large angle of dip. The YK series vibration screening machine has been extensively applied in quarry, coal screening, mining, mineral separation, building materials, electricity, chemical, and other fields.

Main features
1. High stability & durability
To keep the vibrating screen run stably, we adopt tire coupling for flexible connection. Huck fastener is utilized to ensure its durability

2. Adjustable vibration amplitude
With adjustable vibration amplitude, multi-stage screening mechanism, and clear screening specification, the efficiency of the screening machine is rather high.

3. Long service life
The vibrator of the vibrating screen employs bearings with large clearance and thin oil lubrication system for both low noise and long life span.

Working principle of the vibrating screen
For this kind of vibrating screen, the tire coupling powered by motor will drive the vibrator to work, and the eccentric block will rotate under a high speed to generate a powerful centrifugal force thus forcing the screen box to perform a continuous circular movement. Under this condition, the materials are able to do parabolic motion above the inclined screening surface. In this way, the screening and classifying process will be realized during the periodic activity.
