Aluminum Composite Panel
ACPstands for aluminum composite panel.It is also known as ACM (Aluminum compositematerial). It is asandwich panel of two aluminum skins bonded to an extruded core of either polyethyleneor fire-proof mineral core by a special adhesive film. The standard ACPhas LDPE as core material. The standard ACP specification is 1220x2440x3mm or 1220x2440x4mm.

For Exterior Use
1. PVDF coating with minimum 70% content PVDF resin.
2. PVDF stone series and wood series which involves printing of textures androller coating with PVDF resins.
3. Nano PVDF coating which adds a layer of self-cleanon the surface of PVDF coating.
4. Stainless Steel in Hair line in 316 and 304 grade.
5. PVDF coating with Fire-resistance core which is compounded by fire-proofMGOH, NAOH and POLYESTER. Its non-combustible feature can reach B1 Glass.
For Interior Use
1. Polyester (PE) coating for metallic and solid colors.
2. Anodized aluminum in high mirror and hairline brushed finishes.
3. PE Stone series and wood series which involves printing of textures androller coating with PE resins.
4. PET Films without UV stability for interior use.
5. PE coating with fire-resistance core. Its non-combustible feature has B1Glass and B2 Glass available.
