GS-TG Tube/Pipe Laser Cutting Machine
GS-TG laser tube cutting machine is suitable for laser cutting of tubes and profiles with various shapes, including round tube, square pipe, oval tube, H beams, T beams and other irregularly shaped tubes. Compared with traditional tube cutting equipment, this fiber laser machine provides increased working efficiency and improved tolerances due to automatic loading and unloading, and precise laser cutting.

- Optimum cutting result
- In the standard setting, the residual material will reach 50-100mm in length after laser cutting. In order to improve material utilization rate, the optional setting of zero waste can be chosen to achieve the residual material less than 50mm in length.
- Optional 5-axis laser cutting is also named fiber laser bevel cutting, which realizes beveled cuts up to 45°. The finished product after laser cutting is allowed to directly put into use without further processing, significantly reducing the cost.
- Patented design
The laser tube cutting machine comes with a self-developed electrically driven chuck with automatic self-centering function. The chuck adapts to the geometry of every tube and profile, so that no chuck jaw changing is needed during the whole laser cutting processing, greatly enhancing the cutting efficiency and simplifying the operation. This self-centering clamping system can complete pipe clamping and loosening in a quick manner, and the clamping force is allowed to quickly adjust according to the wall thickness of the pipe.
- Highly automated operatio
Optional automatic loading device features an integrated structure through aluminum profile welding, allowing for high durability, high strength, and high load bearing. It's suitable for loading tube bundle, minimizing loading time.

- Full-automatic feeding device: put the tubes with the same specification on the coil belt for automatic feeding. This enhances working efficiency and saves labor costs.
- Auxiliary receiving device: When cutting longer parts, the auxiliary receiving device automatically extends the feeding device to hold the tubes.
- Zero-tailing cutting device: when it is cutting the last section of material, the front chuck moves forward and the rear chuck also moves forward to shorten the tailing as much as possible.
- Upgrading software packages: through an upgrade to the software package, box iron, angle iron, H beam, and other tube shape cutting is available.
