In textile spinning industry, roving frame (also called simplex machine, flyer frame, or speed frame) is utilized to process drawn sliver into fine roving by drafting and twisting. It is especially applicable in the production of cotton yarn.

BHA498/497 series intelligent roving frame made by Baocheng is available in about 7 spindle distances, including 194mm, 220mm, 120mm, 132mm, 144mm, 156mm, and 160mm. According to the twisting structure and stroke, simplex machine can be classified into various types. Different simplex frames are diversified in feeding structure, roving winding, and spindle, but generally share the same machine structure and function.

Salient Features
a. Highly Digital
The roving frame features an automatic loop control system, which is comprised of PLC programmable controller, frequency converter, and high-precision rotary encoder. The digital system helps to avoid any accidents in the drafting process, and to ensure the quality of roving.
b. Highly Intelligent
In the twisting area, the sliver will be cut automatically once the required length has been met. The roving frame is able to record each parameter change in its memory. Besides, users can monitor the production remotely.
c. Fast Modification
With the memory of previous manufacturing technique, any modification and upgrade will be accomplished in a short time.
d. Auto Control
Length of the roving to be produced is controlled automatically. Auto stop and power protection device is available to ensure the system's safety.
e. Human-Machine Interface
With a user-friendly interface, operators can input and adjust the parameters through the screen conveniently. The roving machine is equipped with auto cutting device for the slivers and auto stop device to improve the system's efficiency.
