A Brief Introduction to Our VNT
In a turbocharger system, guide vanes play an important role. These guide vanes can be shut down in a working condition of low rotary speed and low gas emission, vastly increasing the air inlet pressure. In comparison with traditional turbocharger, our variable nozzle turbocharger greatly improves the responsive time as well as the acceleration capacity when turbocharger is running at a low speed. A gasoline engineer with VNT has much higher efficiency than engineer with a standard turbocharger. Not only that, the energy saving capacity also has been upgraded in every speed range. All these important advantages well explain why Fengxuan has been committed and devoted to the researching and developing of VNT.
Raw Material
We utilize nickel-based alloy, which is resistant to as high as 850 ℃ temperature. Such material ensures our components can normal operates in a working condition of high temperature and high pressure.
Manufacturing Process
The main manufacturing process include: heat treatment, sand blasting, cutting, polishing, electroplating, powder spraying, anodizing and galvanizing.
Producing and Testing Instruments
Our company introduces and invests in a number of advanced techniques and instruments, such as VNT production line, 26 precision processing devices and 2 heating treatment machines. These efficient machines allow us to improve our production efficiency and quality of our key parts and components. The VNT produced by us has taken a leading position in the industry.
Our high precision testing instruments are included: projector, roughness measuring device, micro-hardness tester, metallography instrument and spectroscope. We want all products are of superior quality. With this in mind, our quality control process and management system are conducted in compliance with SO9001:2000 standards, obtaining good stability and high efficiency.
Sales Performance
To date, we are able to provide more than100 kinds of OEM nozzle rings, covering these following brands: Garrett, KKK, IHI, MHI and Toyota. We have a production capacity of 100,000 units per year. The delivery cycle is about 12-15 days. Our firm is also able to have synchronous research and development with clients.
