One Axis CNC Worktable
Made of quality cast iron, our DZH, DZHT or DZHK one axis CNC worktable features high precision, high efficiency, low power consumption, and compact structure. The one axis CNC worktable has a long service life because the low friction coefficient results in less wear. The worktable can be widely used as it offers high generality. The one axis CNC worktable uses linear motion guide to guide and support the worktable and uses a ball screw as the actuator.

A mechatronic CNC worktable is provided. The motor, the drive and the CNC system can be selected and equipped by the customer to meet their individual need for load, speed and pulse equivalent. The customer should select motors of appropriate motor power. Generally, the motor should be selected according to the dimensions of the ball screw journal. While the standard worktable is designed without dustproof device or stop block, if needed, nonstandard designs can be made upon negotiation with the customer.
The one axis CNC worktable is commonly used in areas such as measuring, laser welding, laser cutting, gelatinization, boring, inserting, small sized CNC machine tool, X-ray scanning, engraving and milling and practical teaching, etc.
