Our DYJ900-32A3 travel lift erection bridge fabrication machine isdesigned with three-in-one mode for girder lift, transport and erection inhigh-speed rail passenger dedicated line. It can lift and transport thefull-span box girder through the tunnels with the traveling speed of 250km/hand 350km/h, and erect the prestressedconcrete girder with the span of 32m, 24m, 20m, and the type of single-box,single-chamber or single-box, dual-chamber. In addition, it can also finish girdererection at the tunnel entrance or inside the tunnel, which comes with the samemethods as working outside the tunnel. What’s more, the girder carrier candrive and operate on sidewalk, roadbed and erected box girder, causing no harmto them.
Compared with the existing bridge fabrication machine, the unit cansuccessfully erect the girder without the help of lower guide beam or any otherauxiliary equipment. As it has no guide beam, it can easily complete the girdererection when going through the tunnel. Any part of the machine requires noanchoring during the girder installation process, reducing working amount andimproving operating safety. It also has convenient spanning and goodadaptability to a variety of operating environments. Designed with simpleoperating methods, this lightweight equipment enjoys good stability andreliability, as well as high efficiency at work.
