Ceramic tempered glass has all the advantages of tempered glass, such as acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high safety. Additionally, it never fades, and has a firm and non-peeling glaze layer that can achieve the same lifespan as the building itself. At our company, CHINASTAR GLASS, we use water-based or lead-free oil materials for our colored glaze glass, ensuring that our products have almost no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making them environmentally friendly.
Ceramic tempered and semi-tempered glass breaks through the monotony of traditional glass curtain walls with its colorful colors and gorgeous patterns, making it shine in modern glass curtain walls. Moreover, it can be processed by coating, laminating, synthesizing, and other composite methods to further produce varieties of ceramic laminated tempered glass, colored ceramic hollow glass, and colored ceramic coated glass, greatly expanding the scope of its use and decorative effect.
Our architectural ceramic tempered glass usually uses regular geometric patterns such as dots and lines. These patterns are designed to give the building and space a simple and elegant style. Our ceramic tempered glass also offers great mechanical properties, impact resistance, and thermal shock resistance, which ensures that the building’s appearance remains bright and beautiful in the long run, while keeping it safe.
- Decorative function: ceramic tempered glass and semi-tempered glass are versatile building materials that can be customized with patterns and colors to suit customers’ preferences. As a decorative material, ceramic tempered glass stands out from others due to its unique features. Choosing the right colors and patterns can accentuate the design style and personality of the architect.
- Sun shading function: ceramic tempered glass also has the sun shading capability, which makes indoor lighting softer and more comfortable. By hanging a shading net behind the glass, it can provide shade without compromising the building's appearance.
- Anti-slip function: ceramic tempered glass is treated with special processes that give it an anti-slip effect, making it ideal for floor or stair treads. This adds both functionality and safety to any space where it’s used.
Ceramic tempered glass has unique colors and stunning patterns, making it especially suitable for glass curtain walls, ceilings, facades, doors and windows with unique decorative requirements, as well as interior decoration, furniture and other applications.
