Wire Rope Rigging Pressed Aluminum Alloy (Wire Rope Sling)
1. A wire rope sling is made using aluminum alloy pressing technology. It reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves productivity and reduces wasted steel during the steel wire rope production.
2. This technology increases the wire rope rigging to 95% that of the broken wire rope to be replaced.
3. Aluminum alloy compression joints are protected by the steel wire rope, under 1700NM/mm2.
4. The safety factor is 4 to 6 times higher than other similar products.
5. The best ambient temperature for use is -40 to 150°C.
6. Stop using the wire rope fitting when the joint is severely injured cracked, deformed, corroded, or the diameter has been reduced to under 95%.
