Applications
  • EHP is one of the most widely used initiators in the aqueous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. When combined with other initiators like LQ-CPND and LQ-LPO, it enhances reaction activity, operating at temperatures between 40°C and 65°C.
  • Works as an effective low-temperature initiator for ethylene polymerization, often used in tubular processes at temperatures between 130°C and 160°C. It can be combined with other initiators to form a robust catalyst system for increased efficiency.
  • Packaging

EHP is usually packaged in 20 kg PE plastic drums, but customized packaging sizes can be provided based on customer requests.

  • Storage

Store the product in a tightly sealed container in a well-ventilated area, maintaining a maximum storage temperature of -15°C. Ensure that it is kept away from reducing agents, acids, bases, and heavy metals (including accelerators and metallic soaps), and avoid repackaging or using the product in the storage area.

  • Storage Stability

When stored under the recommended conditions, EHP maintains its quality for up to three months.

  • Safe Handling

Ensure the product is stored in a well-ventilated and cool area, with temperatures kept below -15°C. Proper ventilation minimizes the risk of accidental ignition or contamination.
Take care to store EHP away from incompatible substances, such as reducing agents, acids, bases, and heavy metals, to prevent reactions that could compromise safety.
Handle the product gently, avoiding any impact, vibration, or friction that could compromise the container. Ensure workers use appropriate safety gear, including gloves and protective eyewear, to limit exposure.
When working with or transporting EHP, it’s important to maintain a clean and safe environment, free from potential ignition sources. Explosion-proof lighting and equipment should be used in storage areas to minimize risks.
