1. This automatic box packing machine incorporates a whole processing line of box forming, box filling, box folding, melt glue spraying, box sealing, and finished product discharging. The mechanical transmission system endows the packing machine with high stability, high accuracy, and low noise. It is designed to be easily maintained and operated.
2. The vacuum pick-up system ensures the machine with high picking up speed and accurate box opening operation. The intelligent picking up system can determine the existence of a product.
3. 10 sets of follow-up type pushing arms ensure the accuracy of each product going to the box during delivery. 4. Large boxes storage capacity: 2000~3000 boxes can be loaded into the hopper each time.
5. Safety clutch is utilized to realize an automatic stop when overload. A photoelectric sensor is set at the bottom of the conveyor to judge whether the product exists.
6. Automatic glue spraying and automatic mechanical printing systems are adopted.
