Aside from other glass processing machines, we also have developed an automatic glass loading conveyor that can handle and convey glass sheets in a secure and efficient manner.

Features
1. The movement of the grabbing arm was controlled by servo motor and pneumatic device.
2. With daily checks on the suction cups and weekly maintenance, this automatic glass loading system is adaptable for continuous operations.
3. Glasses in the same frame should be of the same thickness. Same dimension is Not a must.
4. High and low speeds are available for connection.
5. When power is suddenly disconnected during operation, the air supply won't stop. This means the current work piece will not be damaged.
6. It can easily grab low-e glass in a stable manner, causing no damage to the glass and the low-e film.
7. A specialty glass frame is needed.
