Heating Zone

The heating zone of the glass print drying oven consists of 2 sections, each with independently adjustable and controllable temperatures. The temperature is adjustable up to 200°C.
The drying method uses medium-wave tubes, which can be grouped and controlled. Each section contains 9 lamp tubes that can be switched on/off simultaneously or individually.
Each section has a 1.5KW fan circulation system, ensuring uniform airflow in the heating zone.
The heating zone is insulated with aluminum silicate material.
There is an adjustable exhaust outlet for waste gas, allowing adjustment of the exhaust volume as needed.

Cooling Zone

The cooling zone of the glass print drying oven consists of 1 section, with multiple 370W axial fans blowing air downwards.
The cooling zone's operation surface uses a single-side cylinder lifting mechanism, making internal maintenance more convenient.
