Counterflow Cooler
The SKLB counterflow cooler is mainly used in feed mills for cooling pellet feeds and granular materials. It comes standard with a hydraulic or pneumatic control structure. This fundamentally realizes that cooling of feeds and granular materials can be completed in one cooling system.
Granular material cooling is an indispensable process in pellet production. Our counter flow cooler can cool the materials from pellet machine from 70℃~90℃ to a temperature that is only 3℃~5℃ higher than normal temperature. In addition, it can reduce the moisture content to 12.5% or less. This makes it convenient to transport and store the granular materials. The pellet cooler in different models will result in different output. It is suitable for use in feed mills of various sizes.
Features
1. It cools the high temperature and moisture pellets by means of counter flow cooling method, avoiding shock cooling problem caused by direct contact of cold air with the hot materials. Therefore, it can prevent surface cracking of pellets. Moreover, it adopts airlock feeding with large inlet air area, ensuring remarkable cooling effect.
2. Equipped with a pendulum type discharging mechanism, it is free from carryover.
3. The counterflow cooler ensures low energy consumption while providing ease of operation.
