Cone Crusher, HPC Series
Applications
The HPC series cone crusher is commonly seen in metallurgy, building and road construction, chemical engineering, and silicate industries, where it is used to break medium and hard rocks and ores, such as quartz stone, basalt, granite, limestone, marble, dolomite, pyrite, shale, marlstone, gravel, and pebble.
Components
A cone crusher typically consists of the frame, transmission (bearings, countershaft, shaft frame, and eccentric shaft), bowl liner, mantle liner, feed distributor, feed plate, head (crushing cone), adjustment ring, hydraulic wedge adjustment, hydraulic cylinder for overload protection, hydraulic cylinder for motor and gear drive, and hydraulic clamping cylinder.
Features
1. The HPC series hydraulic cone crusher has all the features found in the S series plus three hydraulic cylinders for overload protection, motor and gear drive, and clamping. These value added features allow fast fault correction without needing to take apart any mechanical components.
2. Automatic adjustment of discharge opening for easy operation and exceptional reliability.
3. The crushing cavity enables particles to grind against each other for greater size reduction ratio, higher productivity and more cube-shaped products.
4. In the event of a jammed cavity, the hydraulic jacks raise the upper frame for easy cavity clearing. This results in less concern about cavity jamming, easier maintenance, and lower repair costs.
5. Hydraulic adjustment, oil lubrication, and effective labyrinth seals eliminate machine faults common with traditional spring cone crushers.
6. Both mantle liner and bowl liner are made of Mn13-2 high manganese steel. Improved crushing chamber design, plus the protection of a material bed over the liners, reduces wear and enables 35% to 82% improvements in service life.
7. Yonran HPC series cone crusher is designed on the basis of a used crusher bought overseas.
