Semi-electric Order Selector Picker
Introduction
The semi-electric order selector picker uses an electric lifting and manual pushing process. It is a portable lifting platform that features complete protection of the barriers, allowing operators to safely stand on the lifting and descending platform. By pressing the lift button, the platform will lift, and by pressing the descend button, the platform will descend. The platform is large enough for a single worker and a small package of tools.
Detail features
1. Emergency stopping button
When the electric order selector picker runs into an emergency, operators can cut off power, and thus, stop operation or the picker.
2. Charging indicator
Operators will know if the picker is fully charged, as indicated by the indicator color. This enhances the equipment working efficiency.
3. Dual brake and dual brake disc
One brake is used as a stopping brake, while the other is a service break, which improves the driving safety.
4. Over weight limit
The picker has certain weight limit so that it can effectively avoid accident caused by overweight.
5. Supporting seat for safety inspection
In order to realize convenient daily checking, this picker is equipped with supporting seat. Meanwhile, the working safety is improved as well.
6. Emergency descending button
When there is an emergency, the operator simply needs to press the corresponding button in order for the picker to lower.
