This bra ring machine is an upgrade to our original semi-automatic type. It adopts PLC & HMI control. Feeding length and each point radius of bra underwire will be preset on HMI. The parameters of each product can be stored for future use.

• The bra ring bending machine adopts one-way bearing imported from Japan for feeding roller.
• The feeding length and bra ring radius can be adjusted conveniently and freely.
• With good elasticity, the finished bra ring has round head.

This machine is specially offered for coating powder to both ends of the bra rings. It is capable of completing bra ring loading, heating, powder coating, drying and solidification, and finished ring unloading, automatically.
