The customer's factory is located in the south of Russia, and vodka labels in the region were printed using flexo presses from Gallus before 2016. The vodka labeling process is numerous and complex consisting of delam/relam,flexo printing, screen printing, cold foil, embossing and die-cutting processes. It is generally believed that only Gallus, the top producer of European flexographic equipment, can achieve the continuous processing and stabilized production levels needed for such large producers.
The manufacturer purchased our F3 flexographic printing presses in January 2017. In order to satisfy the customers' requirements for the stable and high-speed production of vodka wine labels, the printing presses we provided are equipped with delam/relam, screen printing, cold foil, 8-color flexo printing, embossing and die-cutting devices.
