Wedge Raw Edge Cogged V-Belt

The wedge raw edge cogged V-belts feature a large friction coefficient, small friction loss, high transmission efficiency, and long service life. The cogged V-belts can absorb transmission vibration and noise and has a fatigue endurance over 108 times of use.
Marking
The wedge cogged V-belts fall into two categories. The Metric SP series consist of XPZ, XPB and XPC models. The inch V series includes 3VX and 5VX models. These V-belts are marked according to the outside length of factory V-belts. Specifications should be made on the order list if the customer has special requirements. The length conversion table shows conversion values between various models.

Note: X means toothed. REP stands for one ply of fabric and REL stands for three plies of fabric.
