Appliance time springs are normally equipped on timers in household appliances, such as fans, washing machines, and ovens, because they release just enough force to time in an extremely limited space due to their small size. We offer these springs in block, gold and silver, and the needed torque is easily reached through changing technique conditions to satisfy different user needs.
Parameter- Springs of materials: The appliance time springs can be made of 62Si2MnA, BTX carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Size ranges: thickness 0.2-0.46mm, width 3-8mm and length 500-890mm.
- Spring properties: After heat treatment, the 62Si2MnA reaches the highest hardness of HV550-570, tension strength of 1900-2200kgf/mm2. BTX carbon steel has hardness of HV560-590, tension strength of 2000-2300kgf/mm2 after heat treatment. Stainless steel exhibits the same properties as BTX carbon steel.
