Fishing in coastal waters has been a long standing tradition, even as society has advanced. However, there are offshore areas that turn into mud flats when the tide is out, and water is extremely shallow, making it difficult for fisherman to carry out their work in a traditional fishing boat. When that happens, they turn to our SURFCON ARC600 amphibious craft. Featuring a higher safety and a higher loading capacity, the boat has become increasingly popular for use in shallow water areas, and in aquatic environments where turbulent waters create flooding concerns for smaller fishing vessels. The ARC600 is able to run efficiently in shallow waters and mud flats without becoming stuck. The boat also features a larger cabin volume than traditional fishing vessels, allowing fisherman to carry a larger harvest back to shore.
