The automatic syrup sprayer is designed for applying syrup, liquid egg, oil, coffee, glazing agents, and other liquid materials to the surface of bread and cakes.
Conventional methods such as manual brushing or handheld spray guns result in limited production capacity, inconsistent coating quality, unsatisfactory workshop conditions, and potential contamination risks caused by brush fiber detachment. The automatic spraying machine addresses these limitations through a stable spraying system, precise control, and efficient production capacity. A patented mist and residual liquid collection device improves coating consistency, maintains equipment and workshop cleanliness, reduces material waste, lowers hygiene risks, and decreases labor requirements.
The equipment adopts a modular design that allows tool-free disassembly and cleaning, meeting disinfection standards.
