Packaging Boxes and Wood Products Manufacturing
DS is a large-scale manufacturer of packaging boxes, wooden furniture and decor. We have four processing bases domestically and abroad including Vietnam processing base, and a research and development center. We also have more than 1100 production staff in total.
Good wood products should start with good wood raw materials. Our factory in DS is equipped with raw materials such as maple, eucalyptus, black walnut, oak, rosewood, etc. We ensure that the moisture content of wood is stable and consistent, and that we are able to respond quickly to the needs of production tasks.
DS uses precision processing equipment to perform efficient sawing wood and sanding operations on wood raw material, for preparing the wooden components.
In the wood processing workshop, DS has a variety of CNC machining equipment and completes the production through mass production process. The quality inspectors accomplish the inspection on-line to ensure that the precision and quality of the processed parts meet the customer's needs.
The painting, drying and polishing of wooden boxes and wood products are all completed by fully automatic mass production process, and strict quality control is carried out to ensure that the color difference and fullness of the surface painting can meet the processing requirements of DS products.
DS has equipped with more than 30 laser cutting machines, laser engraving machines, laser marking machines, 3D printers and other machines to meet the individual design requirements of the packaging surface.

There are a number of assembly lines in the assembly workshop, which assemble products or components into finished products efficiently, and assemble hardware fittings, wooden box interiors, etc., to prepare for packaging and delivery.
