Gas Analyzers & Consumables
The CI-PC36 dew point analyzer is an intelligent dew point measurement device using a microprocessor as the control core and an ultra-thin aluminum oxide capacitive sensor. This configuration provides high accuracy, stable performance, comprehensive functions, and extended service life.
The CI-PC96 trace oxygen analyzer adopts a microprocessor-based intelligent design and uses a fuel cell oxygen sensor. Measurement range covers 0% to 25% oxygen concentration. Highest measurement accuracy is achieved within the 0-1000 ppm oxygen range.
The hydrogen analyzer is designed for precise measurement of hydrogen concentration in gas streams.
Carbon molecular sieve is a carbon-based adsorbent material with a porous structure.
Oxygen-generating molecular sieve is based on zeolite material. Zeolite exhibits adsorption properties suitable for oxygen separation processes.
Desiccant molecular sieves operate based on defined pore sizes of approximately 0.3nm/0.4nm/0.5nm. Gas molecules with diameters smaller than pore size are selectively adsorbed. Larger pore size provides higher adsorption capacity. When used as a drying agent, molecular sieve can adsorb up to 22% of its own weight in water.
Palladium hydroxide catalyst is selected to support applications requiring high-purity hydrogen.
The palladium-carbon (Pd-C) deoxygenation catalyst removes trace oxygen from inert gases directly. Deoxygenation capacity is approximately ten times higher than standard deoxidizers.
Nickel catalyst is a high-efficiency catalyst designed for ammonia decomposition applications.
