BC-500/600/800 Polythene Bag Making Machine
The series of grip seal bag making machine is an automated system specifically designed to convert LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) film into plastic bags with integrated resealable closures. The machine integrates the entire production cycle, including film unwinding, tension control, heat-sealing of the zipper profiles, longitudinal sealing, and final cutting.
The core technology lies in the precision application of the self-sealing strips. Utilizing advanced thermal welding units, the zipper bag machine fuses separate zipper profiles securely onto both sides of the bag mouth, ensuring high sealing strength and airtight performance.

Equipped with Delta servo systems and LED touch-screen interfaces, the ziplock bag maker ensures stable film feeding and minimal operational errors during high-speed production.
- Thermal Sealing & Cutting
The grip seal bag making machine employs a combined heat-sealing and heat-cutting process. By melting the thermoplastic material at the point of contact, it produces clean, smooth edges without fraying or burrs.
