Hydraulic Ram Discharge Press
- Video
High-viscosity materials are often difficult to discharge after mixing. The PHD discharge press is designed for the post-mixing discharge and transfer stage, where material needs to be extruded from containers for filling, packaging, or further processing. The system uses a hydraulic mechanism to drive a pressure plate downward inside the container, generating consistent pressure to push material out through the outlet. It can be used together with double shaft mixers, planetary mixers, and other mixing systems to complete the discharge process. Optional vacuum sealing allows bubble removal during extrusion, supporting cleaner and more stable filling. This makes it suitable for materials such as adhesives, silicone sealants, inks, and battery slurries.

- High-viscosity processing capability
Handles paste-like materials with viscosity up to 5,000,000 cP, suitable for non-Newtonian fluids across a wide range of conditions. - Adjustable hydraulic pressure
Hydraulic pressure can be controlled within 0–25 MPa, allowing stable and continuous extrusion with adjustable force. - Clean discharge with minimal residue
The pressure plate is equipped with a sealing ring that closely follows the container wall, reducing material residue and preventing backflow. - Optional vacuum operation
Vacuum sealing can be integrated to remove air during extrusion, supporting bubble-free filling for sensitive materials. - Wide capacity range
Available for container sizes from 30L to 3000L, covering laboratory use to large-scale production requirements.
- Compatible with mixing and filling systems
Designed to connect with mixers and downstream filling equipment, supporting a continuous and efficient production process. - Safety interlock protection
Equipped with a material container fixing device and interlock protection system to prevent container movement during operation, improving operational safety and maintaining stable working conditions. - Controllable discharge speed
Equipped with an extrusion speed control device, the extrusion speed can be selected arbitrarily according to process requirements, and can be stopped at any time under holding pressure. - Multiple discharge methods
Supports both top and bottom discharge options. Discharge height and interface can be customized to match different process layouts and allow connection with metering and filling equipment. - Strong non-standard customization ability
Options such as explosion-proof design, vacuum operation, PLC control, and material selection (e.g., SS316L or special coatings) can be configured based on process requirements and working conditions.
