All machine processes for warp knitting needles such as compound needles and latch needles are completed in this workshop. YS is outfitted with dozens of automatic production lines, allowing for mass production for warp knitting needles with product quality assurance at the same time.
There are more than 20 processing procedures carried out on semi-finished products, including straightening, punching, cutting, grooving, tip bending until the latch part is attached. Our high precision equipment guarantees the manufacturing quality at each stage, and makes sure the final products reach our target qualification rate.
