The PZM-L laboratory basket mill is designed for wet grinding and dispersion in laboratory testing and small-batch processing. It combines both functions in a single system, allowing materials to be dispersed and ground within one container. The grinding basket contains media such as zirconia beads, which are driven by high-speed rotation to create shear and impact forces for particle size reduction. At the same time, the dispersing disc generates circulation inside the vessel, ensuring uniform processing. This makes the equipment suitable for low to medium viscosity materials requiring fine grinding, with achievable fineness down to micron or submicron levels. It is widely used in coatings, inks, pigments, agrochemicals, and formulation development.

Grinding media are driven at high speed to achieve particle size reduction typically below 5–10 μm, with the ability to reach submicron levels depending on the material. - Variable speed control
Equipped with a frequency inverter for stepless speed adjustment up to 3000 rpm, with digital display for accurate parameter control. - Suitable batch range
Handles batch sizes from 1–20 liters, supporting laboratory testing and pilot-scale production. Suitable for materials with viscosity up to 5000 cP. - Material compatibility

The grinding basket is removable and can be cleaned using solvent circulation, making it suitable for frequent material changes with reduced risk of cross-contamination. - Convenient operation
Available with manual or electric lifting systems, allowing controlled positioning and improved sealing between the vessel and cover to reduce solvent loss. - Controlled temperature rise
The vessel can be equipped with a cooling jacket, helping limit temperature increase during operation and supporting processing of heat-sensitive materials. - Customizable configurations
