Multi-function Dispersing Kettle
- Video
Processes that involve multiple stages such as dispersion, mixing, and temperature control often require several pieces of equipment working together. The PSK multi-function dispersing kettle brings these steps into a single system, allowing materials to be processed more efficiently within one vessel.
The system typically uses a dual-shaft or multi-shaft structure, where a high-speed dispersing unit works together with a low-speed scraping agitator. Additional configurations such as high shear emulsifiers, vacuum systems, and heating or cooling jackets can be integrated as needed. This setup supports processes including powder wetting, dispersion, mixing, defoaming, and temperature control, making it suitable for medium to high viscosity and multi-phase materials across industries such as new energy, adhesives, coatings, cosmetics, and fine chemicals.

Combines low-speed mixing, high-speed dispersion, and optional emulsification or homogenization in one system, reducing the need for multiple machines and simplifying the production flow. - Composite mixing structure
The dual-shaft or multi-shaft configuration creates effective material circulation and interaction between different mixing elements, helping achieve uniform results throughout the vessel. - Adapted for medium to high viscosity materials
Designed to handle thixotropic and higher viscosity materials, maintaining stable processing across a wide working range. - Vacuum-capable enclosed design
The sealed structure allows vacuum operation, which helps remove air bubbles while reducing oxidation and solvent loss during processing. - Process control with PLC system
Equipped with a PLC control system for setting and monitoring key parameters such as speed, temperature, vacuum level, and processing time.
Flexible shaft configurations
Type of shafts can be configured based on the process, allowing the equipment to match different material behaviors and production requirements.
Customizable temperature control system
Heating and cooling options can be tailored, including external coils, electric heating, or jacketed cooling systems, depending on process needs.
Accurate automation control
The PLC control system supports stable parameter control and monitoring, helping maintain consistent processing conditions, such as dispersed speed, temperature, vacuum degree, and time, across different batches.
