Project Requirements
This project requires mobile nitrogen generator for offshore oil well platform with the function of automatic control, and remote control by mobile phone and computer.
Our Solution
- We provide containerized PSA nitrogen generator with a gas production capacity of 300Nm³/h and a gas purity of 99% according the requirement of our customers
- The pressure vessel is customized to fit the height of the container, and we also spray anti-corrosion paint for the equipment to make it more suitable for operation in the corrosive and humid offshore operating environment.
- Since the maintenance of offshore oil well platform is difficult, we also adopt special-designed valves which can support 3 million times of frequent switching without failure to ensure the stable operation of the system.
- The nitrogen production records are auto-saved, so that it will be convenient to check the working status of any time to monitor the working condition of the equipment
- Our system supports automatic operation, remote start/stop and remote control by mobile phone and computer, the whole process can be unattended.
