  • NEW-CAM
    1. This New-Cam software was specially developed for Dardi’s waterjet cutting system by NEWVAGE company. Its main functions include the following:

      1. CAD drawing and editing.
      2. It can automatically transfer .DXF files exported by AUTOCAD to the numerical control program of cutting systems.
      3. It supports cutting track simulation, corner deceleration, leftover material control, bridge control, automated seam compensation, etc.
      4. It provides automatic layout (single-page layout, multi-page layout) and material library management functions.
      5. It can automatically calculate the processing time, processing cost, and length of the cut line.
      6. The software uses an open database which can store cutting parameters of various materials including pressure, nozzle diameter, surface quality, cutting speed, etc.
  • Lantek Flex3D
    1. Lantek Flex3D software was developed for Dardi’s 5-axis waterjet cutting machines. It is compatible with mainstream design software and supports the importing and exporting of various file formats. Its main functions are listed here:

      1. Lantek Flex3D for 5-axis waterjet cutting machines has a similar software interface as other Lantek products that is clear and easy to operate.
      2. Supports the importing of 3D, SAT, IGES, VDA solids and surfaces.
      3. It shares a common database for machines and materials with Lantek Expert.
      4. It can detect the geometry, cutting outlines, and material thickness of the workpiece.
      5. Lantek Flex3D can run simulations for the complete working environment and has critical events dealing functions such as collision checks.
  • ESA PC Control System
    1. The ESA PC control system is a professional system developed by Dardi and ESA. It adopts a modular design so as to enhance the stability and anti-interference ability of the equipment. Its main functions are as following:

      1. The ESA PC control system is equipped with a 15"/19" LCD touch screen.
      2. USB interface and RJ45 interface (Cable) for conveniently transferring data.
      3. The visual zero point for workpieces is flexible for cutting small batches and different types of products.
      4. The docking function supports interrupting the processing for maintenance and the processing can be conveniently resumed.
      5. It can be operated by clicking the icons and processing can be started at any stage.
      6. It supports returning along the original cutting path.
      7. WEIHONG PC is optional.
  • DWJS CNC Control System
    1. The DWJS CNC control system is a new generation CNC control system developed based on our many years of experience in the waterjet cutting field. The easy to use layout and software interface provides great convenient during operation. Its main functions are as follows:

      1. The DWJS CNC control system is equipped with a 10.4” LCD touch screen.
      2. Its open PLC supports real-time ladder diagram diagnosis which is extremely convenient for field debugging.
      3. It has parameter compensation functions for system parameters, position parameters, gap parameters, and pitch errors.
      4. It has double USB ports that can realize program storage in both system and U disks, and field updates for the software.
      5. Its RS485/422DNC ports supports ultra-long-distance transmission (more than 1000m).
      6. Graphic simulation function.
      7. It supports returning to the original cutting path.
      8. FAGOR CNC is optional.
  • IGEMS 5-Axis Waterjet Software
    1. IGEMS 5-axis waterjet software can conveniently import common CAD files and 3D graphics. It supports common file formats including DXF, DWJ, STL, STP, IGS, etc. It can layout the graphic and quickly create the cutting path to perform a cut with high precision and accuracy. Here are some of its main functions.

      1. The IGEMS 5-axis waterjet software can create the outline of a graphic just by scanning it for cutting it, making it very convenient.
      2. The nesting function is very useful for ceramics and stone tiling. The sheet autofill function and graphic layout function provides great convenience for sheet cutting.
      3. It supports automatic layout for the selected graphic (single sheet or multiple sheet layout). It can also designate the layout numbers for various kinds of graphics.
      4. The practical bevel cutting function can realize bevel cutting at both the top and bottom of the workpiece. It can realize special horizontal cutting functions such as common line cutting, dynamic perforation, etc.
