Steel Pipe Cross
Butt weld tee and cross is used for joining 2, 3 or more plumbing pipes to combine or divide fluid flow and change the flow direction. We have both equal and reducing type pipe fitting provided. Equal cross works as a branch sharing the same diameter with the run pipe, and the reducing type is designed with the diameter smaller than that of the run pipe. Pipe cross commonly appears in only one shape with one inlet and three outlets, and is often used as butt weld cross, socket weld cross, and threaded cross.
In Yuanyang, we have in total over 300 sets of manufacturing equipment for making pipe tee fittings, among which the automatic hydraulic press with the capacity of producing pipes of DN600 is the largest one in China.
Seamless butt weld pipe crosses are produced with different cold or hot processing techniques like bending, extrusion, molding, and machining. The production range is listed in the table:
