The two-color striped blown film machine is designed for manufacturing PE films with two-color or multi-color stripe patterns. Its core advantage lies in color formation without printing, which simplifies the colored film production process and eliminates printing-related steps.

The striped blown film machine supports processing of LDPE and HDPE materials. Main Components

Two-color material handling system
Two independent material hoppers combined with dual automatic feeding units store and feed the two color materials separately, preventing cross-contamination during processing.

Uniform cooling system
A labyrinth-type air ring together with cooling fans provides uniform bubble cooling, ensuring clear stripe definition and a flat film surface.

Haul-off and flattening system
The haul-off unit works in combination with gusset boards and four sets of flattening rollers to ensure stable film transport, eliminate wrinkles, and prevent stripe deviation.

Torque-controlled winding system
A torque motor-driven winder equipped with 0.1% accuracy tension sensors enables constant-tension winding with a maximum coil diameter of ≤500mm, while allowing fast reel changeover.

Electrical control system
