Vacuum Cleaner Spring, Power Spring

Vacuum cleaner springs are extremely small, and are used as energy storage devices in traditional household vacuum cleaners. They are produced using a reverse winding process to ensure the spring offers enough force to pull electric wires, and are measured at a length of 3 to 12m. We offer different color choices, including black, gold, and silver, with the strength customizable simply by changing the heat treatment process to ensure the stretching and retraction of the electric wires is smooth. Vacuum cleaner springs are designed to specifically match different cleaner structures.
Parameter- Typical materials: The vacuum cleaner springs can be made of 62Si2MnA, 65Mn, BTX(1078) carbon steel and stainless steel. Other materials are available upon request.
- Size range: thickness 0.21-0.44mm, width 7-12mm and length 2500-8000mm.
- After heat treatment, the materials for springs features a hardness of HV480-590, tensile strength of 1700-2300kgf/mm2, and a services life of 5,000 to 50,000 uses.
