The hydraulic swing beam shearing machine cuts metal sheets through an arc movement of the blade holder, and is used for shearing carbon steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, galvanized sheets, cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled plates, aluminum sheets and more. It features a low cost and a high cost efficiency, a high shearing quality, and less roll rim and skin needling. This machine is suitable for sheet cutting at a thickness of less than 16mm, though we do offer strong hydraulic guillotine shearing machines to cut plates thicker than 16mm.
Features- This machine manually adjusts the blades gap via the device on the machine lateral. For a thicker plate, the blade gap is larger.
- Because the blade does wear with each use, we have ensured it is easy to replace and recommend customers buy several at a time to cut down on any downtime to wait for replacements.
- Standard ESTUN E21S, and motor control X axis. Shearing times and shearing stroke are both controlled automatically using an NC system, and the backguage is driven by a general AC motor or frequency inverter.
- The frame features a welded construction with a steel plate, vibration to eliminate stress, and an excellent rigidity and strength for a steady, reliable performance, easy operation, and easy maintenance.
- • The hydraulic drive, swing beam, and knife beam return processes are all smooth and fast thanks to the accumulator or nitrogen cylinder. The knife beam stroke is also steplessly adjustable.
- The back gauge is adjustable through a motorized or manual adjustment process.
- Gap adjustment between blades is fast and easy. The gap value is displayed on a dial.
