Suitable for unattended situations. Use this function, set output time, timing starts when output starts, output is turned off automatically when timing ends. Protection functions are equipped to ensure safety of timer control application.
Via Quick Recall function, the stored parameters can be called by pressing numeric keys on the front panel, which is convenient. Store set of parameters in the power supply memory, call it by entering Quick Recall function, and press the corresponding numeric key [1]~[9].
3 types of LIST file editing formats are supported: Pulse, Slope and SEQUENCE; minimum time setting resolution is 1ms.
Voltage change over time and its duration can be set in impulse editing, choose a waveform output mode according to certain need, including: LOOP, CONT and STEP.
Slope of voltage output can be set for slow voltage increase/decrease in slope editing, choose a waveform output mode according to certain need, including: LOOP, CONT and STEP.
SEQUENCE Waveform Editing is an upgraded version of LIST File Editing, of which each step is a complete LIST file. By SEQUENCE editing, multiple LIST files can be combined to output, times of repetitions of each LIST file and executions of the SEQUENCE file can be set as well.
Via Remote Compensation function, voltage drop of load the load line can be compensated, to promote testing accuracy. It is recommended in practice, to connect Remote Compensation cable to the output, even if the voltage drop is negligible. When using Remote Compensation, please disconnect S , S- from power supply output, and connect them to the DUT. Maximum compensation voltage is 5V, output power after compensation should be less than 1.05% of the rated power.
Anti reverse irrigation protection is equipped to prevent damage caused by reverse irrigation current from the DUT, via a cutting-off mechanism. Power sink function is equipped in standard configuration, carried out by a short circuit copper sheet. When it is needed to have the power supply absorb spikes generated by DUT to ensure operation safety, the short circuit copper sheet can be connected, and the spike energy will be absorbed by power supply's built-in output capacitor and other circuits.
