Backfill Plunger Pump with Cone Valve
Request a Quote
Our two-cylinder backfill plunger pumps with cone valves are developed in-house and designed for high-pressure transfer of high-solids, mud-like materials. They are used for long, continuous operating conditions and can meet the flow requirements of backfill projects. For paste backfill slurry, they support ultra-long-distance pumping and help extend the effective operating range of the overall system.
Applications
Used in mining and metallurgical operations for paste backfill and underground backfilling, including coal mines. Two-cylinder backfill plunger pumps are designed for safe and reliable high-pressure, long-distance pipeline transfer of thick, high-solids materials with complex composition.
Main Components
- Feed inlet
- Multi-function cone-valve hydraulic cylinder (for inlet/outlet switching)
- Pump body
- Material cylinder (pumping cylinder)
- Locking tie rods
- Washing chamber
- Main hydraulic cylinder
- Base frame
- Cylinder support frame
- Control System: PLC-based control with continuously adjustable output. It supports remote control, status simulation and digital readouts, and it can communicate with other equipment.
- Lubrication System: Automatic lubrication setup that includes a manual grease pump, grease tank, grease distribution valve, grease lines, and lubrication points.
Features
- Most parts use standardized specifications, so servicing and replacement are easier. Output can be adjusted continuously from about 20% of the maximum up to full capacity.
- The cone-valve design is simple, with lower wear and a lower risk of failure.
- Its larger cylinder diameter improves suction performance, especially for low-moisture, thick materials, helping the pump fill more efficiently.
- The material cylinder is chrome-plated to a thickness of about 0.4 mm to help protect the inner surface during pumping.
- An imported 7-stage combined seal is used to keep the cylinder tightly sealed and help prevent debris from entering the hydraulic system.
- The piston head is made of high-quality polyurethane and is rated for over 1,000,000 cycles.
- The pump switches between cylinders no more than eight times per minute, which reduces wear on key wear parts and helps extend service life.
