Introductions

Exploration core drill rig, tower mounted type XY-5L suitable for use in geological exploration, hydrology, constructions of water well and large diameter drilling project. It is a new type of coring drill rig used to satisfy the needs of various drilling process with diamond drilling and wireline core drilling process. Integrating the crawler track as base with the vertical drill rig to achieve unified drill rig body. Furthermore, it has advantages such as simple structure, easy operation and convenient in maintenance. The drilling depth is 900-1800m.

Features

Drilling and exploration accessory equipment such as drill rig, drill tower, mud pump, wireline winch, machine to tighten or loosen the pipe and so on are centralized at the base crawler track and therefore allowing transporting the machine in a whole body. This allows high overall efficiency, good auxiliary ability, short construction period and low labor intensity.
It has wide range of rotational speed, various gear speed, large output torque, high intensity, good orientation ability, stable performance of the power head, strong drilling ability, strong adaptability and wide range of application.
Equipped with drill tower that performs hydraulic lifting and lowering. It has light weight and allows fast installation. It allows inclined drilling and has better stability compared to the other integrated drilling rig.
Main body of the drill rig, mud pump, coring winch can be driven independently and therefore allowing free operation. It is less cost and energy consuming and easy for maintenance.
The hydraulic system adopts the dual oil pump mechanism for oil supply and differential motion. The process of loosening the chuck and position the drilling pipe at a higher place can be carried out fast. It has strong power and has high degree of mechanization.
The engine, gearbox, clutch, drive shaft and other components are all from well-known manufacturers. They have longer lifespan and are easy for replacement, as well as reliable.
