Characteristics

The mixer features a V-shaped mixing barrel that ensures effective cross-mixing and multi-position rotary mixing.
It has a special design that provides a better mixing effect, with no dead angles, ensuring a uniform mix.
The discharge mechanism uses a rotating butterfly valve, which is not only easy to clean but also convenient for loading.

Structure:

The mixer has a V-shaped mixing barrel, left and right supports, transmission systems, and an electrical control system.
The brackets are made from split steel and assembled with an external stainless steel panel.
The transmission systems are equipped with a standard motor driving a worm gear reducer, which in turn drives the mixing barrel. This reversible system has a self-locking feature, allowing the mixing barrel to pause at any position. This is especially beneficial for complete discharge and makes cleaning convenient.
