Features
- The printing machine is powered by the latest servo control system, with each unit driven by its own independent servo motor. A total of 23 servo motors (across the 8-color unit and die-cutting unit) ensure precise registration even at high speeds.
- The plate cylinder uses an air-shaft sleeve design—lightweight, gearless, and easy to change. This not only speeds up plate changes but also improves print quality while reducing maintenance needs.
- The printing machine is compatible with a wide range of substrates, including paper and films such as PET, OPP, CPP, and PP.
- Printing and inking pressure are adjustable through micro-tuning of the support frames. Cylinder size changes require minimal adjustment, and even special printing requirements need only minor tweaks—significantly boosting efficiency compared with older designs that demanded full recalibration every time.
- The printing roller is equipped with a water-cooling system, preventing heat buildup from UV curing and ensuring stable performance when printing on films.
