Inkjet Printing Machine, LP-300
LP300 UV inkjet printing machine is a high-performance UV inkjet printing solution developed by ZONTEN and JRY. The UV inkjet printer adopts Japan Ricoh nozzle with 54mm diameter, and the maximum printing speed can reach 200 m/min.
The UV inkjet printer features a wind/unwind unit with roll diameters of 600mm. Driven by Mitsubishi servo motor, the wind/unwind unit adopts BST web guiding system, SICK photoelectric sensor from France, and Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen. Main electrical parts from internationally well-known brands ensure the stable and high-speed operation of the printing equipment.
The inkjet printer machine is equipped with high-precision and high-speed piezoelectric nozzles to realize variable data printing. With 54 mm printing width, UV or water-based printing system can be selected. The printing system runs stably and can accurately print texts, date, numbers, graphics, various barcodes, QR codes, etc. It is widely used in variable data printing of self-adhesive labels, bills, forms, packaging products and promotional materials. The digital inkjet system can achieve online or offline segmented target printing, creating more value-added services for users' existing printing solutions.

- The inkjet printer machine adopts imported industrial grade piezoelectric nozzles. Using UV printing technology is possible to print unique designs, images, text and even textures directly onto a wide range of materials or products. This printing machine features long service life, and is easy to maintain.
- Printing can be performed by the UV inkjet printer in a highly efficient manner. The maximum printing speed is 180m/min, and the stable printing speed is 120m/min (400dpi). The printing system can be connected with a small character continuous inkjet printer for online printing.
- The detection system independently researched and developed achieves real-time comparison of printing data and detection data to ensure error-free printing.
- A variety of offline printing platforms are available, which are suitable for single-sided/double-sided printing. The UV digital printing process can be paired with labeling, corona treatment, UV varnishing, etc. to meet various customers' requirements. What's more, this printer can be combined with label inspection machine, slitting machine and so on to provide complete solution for manufacturing various labels.
