The SRGZ soft bag drying machine is used to automatically dry out the water that left on the surface of sterilized soft infusion bags and products with similar shapes. Designed based on customers' demands and the actual production requirements, the bag drying equipment offers many advantages, like simple structure, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, low power consumption, small floor area and good adaptability. In addition, the adoption of variable frequency control ensures accurate speed regulation and smooth operation.

Now soft infusion bags are increasingly used in the clinical field. Generally, processes involved in the production of these infusion bags include bag making, filling and sealing, sterilization, leak detection, lamp checking, packaging and carton sealing. After sterilization and cooling, there will be water film or water drops left on the surface of soft infusion bags. If the bag surface is not being dried, this will affect the next processes like leak detection and lamp checking. In addition, the outer package of the soft infusion bags may become moldy and misty, unsuitable for clinical use.
Now the soft infusion bag drying machines use steam heat as the heat source and increase the environmental temperature through the plate heat exchanger, so as to dry the soft infusion bag surface. This drying equipment has many disadvantages, like large floor area, great heat loss, long drying time, poor drying results, high energy consumption, and more. Our machine utilizes hot air tubes to dry soft infusion bags. The high pressure hot air streams sprayed from the nozzles of the tubes can quickly removes water on the bag surface.
